Delete your Chad PSL AI account
You can delete your account and all associated facial scans, scores, and records at any time. You do not need the mobile app installed to request deletion.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription
If you subscribe to Chad PSL AI Plus, please cancel your subscription directly in the app store before deleting your account:
Choose How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Direct Web Request
Submit Online Deletion
Enter your account email. We will email you a single-use confirmation link valid for 1 hour.
Method 2: Inside Mobile App
Instant In-App Deletion
Open the Chad PSL AI app and navigate to:
Account → Privacy and data → Delete account
Deletes immediately upon your confirmation

Email our support team from your registered email address. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
What is Deleted Immediately & Permanently
When you confirm deletion, our systems immediately and irrevocably destroy:
- Your user account record, email address, and authentication sessions
- All facial measurements, AI ratings, overall scores, and personalized glow-up roadmaps
- All biometric and AI processing consent records and preference selections
- All unused scan credits and transaction linkages (credits are non-refundable upon deletion)
- Your customer profile record at our payment processing provider (RevenueCat)
What is Retained for Legal Compliance & How Long
- Anonymized Purchase History: Retained for accounting, tax, and statutory financial reporting. Apple and Google maintain their own merchant records.
- Cryptographic Consent Hash (up to 5 years): A one-way SHA-256 hash of consent records as legal proof of authorization should a dispute arise. Contains no email, photos, or scores.
- Age Hold Hashes (up to 30 days): Only if our automated check paused an account for detecting a minor under 15, one-way hashes prevent immediate recreation of the account to bypass minor protections.
- Encrypted Database Backups (up to 30 days): Expire automatically within 30 days. If a disaster recovery restore ever occurs, your deletion instruction is re-applied before going live.
