§1Who can use this

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Chad PSL AI. We ask you to confirm this before your first scan, and we rely on that confirmation. An automated check also rejects photos it confidently reads as a child under 15, and asks for a clearer photo when a filtered or poor-quality photo may show one.

§2What this is (and isn’t)

Chad PSL AI is an entertainment and self-improvement tool. It measures proportions from photos you upload and gives you AI ratings, a score and suggestions.

It is not medical, dermatological, cosmetic-surgical or psychological advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or assess any health condition. Nothing in your report is a verdict on your worth, and you should treat it as a measurement and a starting point, not a final answer. Always see a qualified professional for health or medical concerns. You must seek a doctor’s or qualified healthcare professional’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical, orthodontic, dermatological, or surgical decisions.

§3Your account and photos

Keep your sign-in code private; anyone with it can access your account. Upload only photos of yourself, taken with your consent, and only front and side-profile photos as the app asks for.

§4Credits and payments

Credits are purchased in packs and spent to unlock full analyses. Credits are non-transferable: they belong to your account only and cannot be sold, gifted, shared or moved to another account. Credits do not expire.

§5Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

Credit packs and the Plus subscription are bought in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google sell them to you, take the payment and handle refunds, including any statutory right to withdraw, under their own terms.

Plus gives a set number of scans each billing month, renews monthly at the price shown in the store until you cancel it in your store account settings, and its unused scans do not roll over. Pack credits never expire.

§6Apple App Store End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you download or use the app on an Apple iOS device, these Terms incorporate Apple’s Minimum Terms of End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") set forth in Schedule 2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these Terms and EULA are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and the content thereof.

Scope of License: The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

Warranty & Product Claims: In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability or intellectual property claims.

Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

§7Acceptable use

Don't upload photos of anyone other than yourself, impersonate another person, use the service for anything illegal, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse it (including automated or bulk use designed to get free analyses).

Don't share a result or share card of someone else, or use one to mock, shame or bully anyone. Anyone can report a shared page with Report this page on it, without signing in; we review reports and take down pages that break these rules.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these rules.

§8Disclaimers and liability

Chad PSL AI is provided "as is". Scores and advice are estimates from measured proportions and AI ratings; they are not guarantees of any outcome, and attractiveness itself is subjective. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

§9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be called out in the app.
